Over the last 20 years of my work, I have built up a portfolio of and work experience in areas of education, personal development, employability, coaching, mentoring, specialist tutoring, marketing and advertising and even motovational speaking. All of my roles have required training, education and the development of numerous skills and ability to motivate others whilst at the same time recognising and acknowledging any fears or barriers.

The ability to motivate others is a gift that I feel privileged to bestow upon my clients and students. I am continually working on my own development which impacts on the success of my clients – their success is my success!

Through my own personal and life-affirming changes, I recognised the need to give back to the world. In 2015 I set up a humanitarian aid charity to support those who have been displaced across Europe. This has been running since the initial stages of a small project in 2015 and has now organically grown into a Not for Profit organisation and registered charitable company and it continues to grow.

In October 2017 I was privileged and proudly awarded an Honorary Masters in Education by the University of St Mark and St John (Marjon) for my contribution to society in both my personal and professional life. Following on from this I was also awarded the role of Marjon Enterprise and Employability Advisor in their Business and Enterprise Hub.

I am a member of Western Women Mean Business in Plymouth and I have spent and still spend many hours in the week reading researching and developing my own learning and knowledge. I have a very keen trauma related difficulties, the effects of stress, breaking habits and addictions, neuroscience and quantum physics and how to address our thoughts and limiting beliefs. I have attended several workshops on creating change including a Dr Joe Dispenza Progressive Workshop in Edinburgh March 2019 and listen to many hours of interviews and online podcasts to support my work.
