For the last 10 years, I have built up a portfolio of work as a mentor, specialist tutor, trainer, a personal development and workplace coach and a motivational speaker. All my roles have required an enormous amount of skill and ability to motivate others to achieve their goals, whilst at the same time recognising and acknowledging any fears or barriers.

The ability to motivate others is a gift that I feel privileged to bestow upon my clients and students. I am continually working on my own development which impacts on the success of my clients – their success is my success!

Through my own personal and life-affirming changes, I have also set up a humanitarian aid charity to create change in my external world. This has been running since the initial stages of a small project and has grown into a Not for Profit organisation and registered charitable company and it continues to grow.

In October 2017 I was awarded an Honorary Masters in Education by the University of St Mark and St John (Marjon) for my contribution to society in both my personal and professional life. Following on from this I was also awarded the role of Marjon Enterprise and Employability Advisor in their Business and Enterprise Hub.
