Part of my coaching work includes workplace strategy coaching. This includes not only private clients but also for those receive grants or funding through the Access to Work Programme (ATW), via occupational health recommendations or requested direct through businesses and organisations.

My workplace coaching is either independent or is allocated through agencies. As a workplace strategy coach, I offer a wide range of coaching and strategies using a holistic approach to ensure individuals and organisations support reasonable adjustments to working environments and practices. I can also offer support to gain self-employment or setting up your own business in a non-profit area.

The coaching is designed to supporting many individuals and those with SpLDs, including Dyslexia, ADHD, Dyspraxia and ASD.
